It is really useful for the bindery team to see the item/s that need attention. If you can take a photo of;
- The front and/or back boards – This will show us if the boards are still attached
- The spine – A lot of the bindings we deal with have missing spines
- The book block – To assess if the pages have come away from each other and the book needs resewing
- Any additional damage/issues – So we can add this to the quote
From these images we can make up a rough quote of the work required to repair your binding. We can then contact you and discuss the details.
